Dressage

Dressage is a competitive sport defined by the International Equestrian Federation as "the highest expression of horse training" where "horse and rider are expected to perform from memory a series of predetermined movements".

Dressage is the main focus of GCEG and caters to all riders from Preparatory grade to Grand Prix. The club often holds schools with first grade Equestrian Australia coaches.

If you are new to the sport of dressage or just have a general enquiry please feel free to email us to assist you in any way.

Rules

GCEG is an affiliated club of Equestrian Australia and therefore abides by all rules, regulations and by-laws. A copy of these rules can be found at the link below:

In addition, the club has some basic rules that it requests competitors, volunteers and visitors to abide by on competition days.  These rules are in place for safety reasons and a copy can be found displayed at the clubhouse.
